We are currently recruiting for an Prompt Engineer to join our established and experienced CIO team.
You will work at the unique intersection of insurance and computer science to design, develop, and fine-tune AI prompts that are integrated into our software solutions. These prompts will automate and enhance workflows, improve operational efficiencies, and contribute to the advancement of AI applications within RSA.
You will explore and implement methods to improve the coherence, relevance, and diversity of AI-generated content, ensuring it meets industry and company standards. This includes AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to incorporate new methods and tools.
You will have experience with AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, with knowledge in Python or similar programming languages. You will understand Natural Language Processing techniques and libraries.
You will have a background in agile software development and version control systems.
